I received an email today for an image I shot at Insight Meditation in Barre, Massachusetts. I had not looked at those images in a very long time. They are very quiet images. Calming. Imagine that.

I've recently joined a mediation center here in Decatur, GA. The Shambala Center.
Maybe I'm just getting older and with age comes wisdom - but I've really come to believe that there are immense benefits to meditation. Meditation helps with everything.
